The root chakra is also known as the Muladhara chakra. It is the first of the seven chakras located at the base of the spine. This Chakra is associated with the element of earth and is often depicted as a red, four-petaled lotus.

The most important responsibility of root chakra is the sense of safety and security. When this chakra is balanced we feel grounded, stable, and connected to the world around us. And when it is imbalanced, we may experience feelings of fear, anxiety, and insecurity.

There are many diseases caused by the lack of root chakra manifestation few of them are include digestive issues, lower back pain, and problems with the feet and legs. Emotionally, an imbalanced root chakra may contribute to feelings of depression, restlessness, and a lack of purpose.

This is the most important Chakra we can name it the heart chakra, also known as the Anahata chakra, it is the fourth important seven chakras located in the center of the chest.
