Applied Anatomy of our Gross and Subtle Body
Gain a fundamental understanding of human anatomy, specifically for your asana practice, by learning the proper alignment and technique of the key yoga poses.
But we do not only focus in the physical body, we go deeper into the subtle layers of our being. Discover the five different dimensions of the body (Koshas) and how they influence your practice and. your everyday life.
Our Breath a wonder of life and Yogic Breathwork for everyday
We start with understanding our most powerful tool. The breath connects us with life itself and serves as a bridge between the physical and spiritual universe.
We explore how the breath functions through movement and pressure changes in our body and the role of the diaphragm in this process.
Through simple breathing exercises that we learn in the workshop, we can reduce stress in everyday life, use our breath to improve our well-being and lead us into higher states of consciousness.
Exploring Your Energy Body and the Power of Om
We explore the nature, functioning, and properties of our energy body. You will learn how to activate and harmonize your chakras through specific techniques and exercises. We will conclude with a guided chakra meditation to help you balance your energy centers and enhance your inner well-being.
Additionally, we will delve into the significance of AUM/Om and engage in Om chanting together. Om is not just a sound; it is a vibration that permeates the universe, symbolizing the essence of the ultimate reality and consciousness. By understanding its meaning and incorporating Om chanting into our practice, we tap into a profound state of connection with the universe, fostering a deep sense of peace and alignment within ourselves.
A Integration of Asana, Pranayama and Meditation for Everyday
The flow is suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis. A combination of strength, endurance, balance, awareness, and mindfulness to connect to all three dimensions of your being.
Let go of your emotions, calm your mind, find inner freedom and peace, and step out of your comfort zone into a new state of conscious being. This flow opens up your energycenters for the higher self to blossom and rise like a lotus.
